Judge Mike McMahon presided over the following cases. County Attorney Kevin Bratcher brought the charges. The defense attorney, William Richardson, Attorney for the Defendant, appeared.
Megan Tyann Casey-Information Hearing for the Charge of Possession of Stolen Firearm. The Defendant was ready to proceed to the Arraignment with a Not Guilty plea entered. The following dates were set: Omnibus- September 11, 2026, Pre-trial- January 15, 2027, and Jury trial- February 8, 2027.
Christina Moorhouse- Status Hearing- The Court advised Ms. Moorhouse that the appointment of the Public Defender's Office had been rescinded. She was instructed to fill out the paperwork for the PDO and get it to them as soon as possible. Another Status hearing is scheduled for Friday, August 17, 2026.
