Judge Michael McMahon presided over the following cases on May 8, 2026. County Attorney Kevin Bratcher, representing the state, and Qasim Abdul-Baki, representing the defendants, were there for their clients.
Rachael Horne- The parties stated that they had come to an agreement and the pretrial hearing and jury trial were vacated. The parties will file a motion to dismiss in the case.
Brittney Betts- This was the time for the Admit/Deny hearing. Ms. Betts denied all violations and an Evidentiary hearing is scheduled for July 10, 2026.
Dennis Hinchey- A pre-trial hearing was scheduled to be held at this time. Mr. Hinchey failed to show for the hearing. The Jury trial was vacated with a $20,000 warrant issued for failure to show.
Zane Wallace- The parties addressed the court stating that they had come to an agreement and a Plea Agreement had been filed. The pre-trial and Jury trial was vacated.
Lukeus Gallegos- Pleaded Guilty to Counts 1 and 5. Sentencing was held, Mr. Gallegos must attend a behavioral health Court, pay restitution in the amount of $660, fees and surcharges. The defendant will receive credit for time served toward his fine.
