Kelly Knumenacker had Sentencing on a Plea Bargain, pleading Guilty to charges of criminal endangerment and assault of a peace officer. She is sentenced to five years D.O.C with five suspended. She is ordered to obtain a mental health evaluation and submit findings to the court. She must abide by any recommendations of findings. She receives credit for time served to be determined. She must submit to DNA testing and pay $100 in fees and surcharges.
Charity Lamere had a Change of Plea, pleading Guilty to charges of elder exploitation, identity theft with loss between $1,500 and $5,000, and identity theft with the loss to be less than $1,500. In her elocution, she stated that while working in a nursing facility, she purposely and knowingly used funds over $1,500 that were not hers. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered. Sentencing will be October 17.
