Shawn Leon – Glendale AZ – Speeding on National 4 lane – exceed day limit of 75mph – paid fines - $120 fines & fees

Zachary Laborde – Bozeman – Speeding on National 4 lane – exceed day limit of 75mph – paid fines - $20 fines & fees

Adam Grasmick – Helena – Speeding on non-interstate – exceed day limit of 70mph – paid fines - $20 fines & fees

Justin Leritz – Butte – HFTWL – Fishing without a license as established by law or department – paid fines - $135 fines & fees

BROADWATER COUNTY FINES

Tamara Lopez – Townsend – Operate non-commercial vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater, 1st offense – plead guilty – Sentenced to six (6) months in Broadwater County Jail with the execution of all six (6) months suspended with good behavior, payment of fine, and completion of other program. $685 fines & fees. Defendant to enroll in ACT within one (1) month, to be completed within four (4) months. Court recommends restrictive probationary license be issued.

Jack Rowe – Townsend – Assault, Purposely or knowingly causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury – plead no contest – Court to defer imposition of sentence for two (2) years with good behavior, payment of fines & fees, completion of other programs, and compliance with no contact orders. $385 fines & fees. Defendant to complete seven (7) days house arrest in lieu of jail time within two (2) months. No contact with victims.

Michael Hebert – Bozeman – Driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, 2nd offense – Sentenced to one (1) year in Broadwater County jail with the execution of all but seven (7) days suspended with good behavior, payment of fines & fees, and completion of other programs. $1,485 fines & fees. Defendant to enroll in ACT within one (1) month, to be completed in four (4) months, and follow any counselor recommendations as well as monthly monitoring for a period of one (1) year. Court recommends restricted probationary license after mandatory forty-five (45) day hard suspension. Any vehicle operated to have functioning interlock device.

COUNTY CRIMINAL

Kolbie Mclearn – Helena – Contempt of Court – Sentenced to one (1) day in Broadwater County Jail with credit for actual time served and is ordered to get back on track with Court fines & fees.

MOTOR CARRIER SERVICES

Zachary Fox – Barling, AR – No driver shall use within 4hours of going on duty, be under the influence of, nor possess alcohol – paid fines - $535 fines & fees

- Operating a vehicle on public highways w/o license plates – paid fines - $85 fines & fees
