The 2026 Canton Church Summer Events will start on June 26, 2026. The Historic Church will host Carla Amundson and the Community Choir.
Join us in celebrating our Nation’s 250th Birthday with a sing-along of patriotic songs. The Community Choir was organized by Carla Amundson and will also be performing at the 4th of July celebration at Heritage Park.
Carla is well known in Broadwater County. She has provided the music for many of the Broadwater Community Theater Events and was a long-time music teacher at the Townsend Schools.
The Canton Church events are always FREE, but donations are welcome!
The Historic Canton Church was built in 1875-1876 and is one of the few surviving buildings from the town of Canton, which was flooded during the creation of Canyon Ferry Lake. All of our events begin at 5:00 pm, but the Canton Church will be open to visitors from 3:00-5:00 pm before events.
