Speech and Drama Team Competes in Three Forks

On Saturday, January 17th, the Bulldogs' Speech and Drama team travelled to Three Forks to perform their pieces in competition. They overall had a successful event, with the Drama team finishing second.

Tessie Hughes performed her mime piece and finished in 7th place. Anabell Kline, Zoe Osborne, and Lucas Feller performed their classical theater piece, finishing in third place. Chloe Johnson and Aubrey Wells performed their dramatic theater piece to place second. Noah Borror, Ava Boaz, and Lyrique Bryant placed second with their humorous theater piece. Angel Sentinella, Sarah Morgan, and Simon Sanchez finished 6th with their humorous piece. Kyla Meissner and Aiden Thompson both performed a humorous solo, and Aiden finished 5th while Kyla finished 6th. Shalyn Sentinella placed first in original oratory with a speech that she wrote herself.

The team is practicing and preparing for next week, January 24th, which is the Divisional meet. The upcoming state meet will be hosted by Townsend.
