Family of Jewel Marie Eulberg
Jewel M. Eulberg, age 93, of East Helena, passed away September 29, 2025. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Helena on October 17 at 11 am, followed by lunch and burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Great Falls at 4 pm.
Jewel was born on May 22, 1932, in Sunburst, MT to Clara and Benjamin. Jewel never tired of playing paper dolls and would beg siblings Aurlena (Tuma) and Albert to play, even during chore time (washing and ironing linens for Priests and Sisters when they came to town).
Jewel became a registered Radiologic Technician and spent many years at Columbus Hospital (Benefis) where she loved caring for patients during treatment. After retiring, she moved to Cut Bank and frequently had coffee after mass with the church group.
After a few years at Hunters Pointe (Helena) she moved to the memory unit of Renaissance (Rosetta) in 2017.
She was preceded in death by her siblings. She never married, but she is “Auntie” and Godmother to many. She passed along a strong faith, praying a rosary at the beginning of every car trip, and having communion services at assisted living facilities.
Jewel Eulberg passed on Tuesday, September 29, 2025, surrounded by the caring staff of Renaissance Senior Care, hospice volunteer Sue, and nieces Mary Munger of Helena, MT, and Gidget Palmer of Pierre, SD.
