The criminal docket in Judge Christopher Abbott’s courtroom on Friday, June 27, is as follows:

Evan Welch had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to a charge of criminal endangerment. In his elocution, he stated that while driving in Broadwater County, he drove in a reckless, willful and wanton manner; endangering the lives of others and himself. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered. Sentencing will be September 5.

Jack White had a Status Hearing; he is seeing doctors about being brought back to fitness for trial. He will be back in court July 25.

Andrew Roberts had an Initial Appearance on counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of theft of property valued at over $1500, assault on a minor and two counts of partner/family member assault.

Andrew Boudour had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to charges of criminal endangerment and DUI. His Sentencing is August 22.

Quinn Duvall had an Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs (meth) and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia (syringes).

Samuel Cooper was not in court to answer a Petition to Revoke. An arrest warrant is issued.
