The criminal docket in Judge Christopher Abbott’s courtroom on Friday, May 23, is as follows:

Christopher Killmeyer had an arraignment, pleading Not Guilty to a charge of DUI (5th). Dates to be determined.

Steven Barnes had a Petition to revoke a suspended sentence. His allegations include that he failed to report a change of residence. He failed to report a change of employment. He was dishonest with his Probation Officer about those changes. There are also allegations that he used both meth and fentanyl, and that he failed to enroll in sex offender treatment. He was also found with nude adult photos on his phone. An Evidentiary Hearing is set for August 22. Defense states that he is trying to get him into Treatment at the VA. He has 60 days to enroll in Sex Offender Treatment. He will be transported to Bozeman.

Maurice Powers got new dates. Pre-Trial is set for September 12, with the Jury Trial scheduled for October 6.

Quinn Duval’s date has been continued until June 27.

Jack White had a Status Hearing. There is a question about his fitness to proceed. Defense stated that they are waiting for documents from SSA and school records.
