Image 3 Caption: Golf: Girls- Claire Swanson. Claire is improving every week. In Ennis on Thursday she tied her personal best score of the year (119) in very tough cold windy conditions.
But she shot a 65 on the front nine and then went out and shot a 54 on the back 9. 11 shots is very impressive

Image 4 Caption: Golf: Boys- Ryan Christensen. We, as coaches, received a compliment about Ryan last week from another coach saying he had an amazing attitude and was always positive. It’s pretty awesome when a coach goes out of their way and notices that about a player at Broadwater High School. It’s not always about how you perform, but attitude is everything. Thanks Ryan

Image 5 Caption: Baseball: This week’s Townsend Baseball Athlete of the Week honors go to sophomore outfielder Keaton Boylan, whose strong performance and positive attitude are a big key to the improvements made by the Bulldogs. Over the weekend, Boylan went 2-for-4 at the plate, including a standout triple to the right-center field wall, demonstrating both his power and precision at bat. But Boylan's impact goes beyond the batter's box. He has been a steady presence in the outfield all season, making key defensive plays and providing reliability in high-pressure situations. Coaches and teammates alike praise his positive attitude and hard work in practice, qualities that have made him a cornerstone of the team's success this spring. Whether he's chasing down fly balls or stepping up in clutch moments, Keaton Boylan continues to lead by example — a true testament to what it means to be an Athlete of the Week.
