The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, April 18, 2025 is as follows:

Amberlee Greenstein was not present for an Arraignment. It is continued until May 2.

Diana Lewis had an Initial Appearance on a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence. Her original convictions were two counts of mitigated homicide. She allegedly violated her probation by failing to follow law enforcement directions and failing to medicate as ordered. She will have an Evidentiary Hearing on May 2.

Julia Rye had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to negligent endangerment and DUI with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle. In her elocution, she stated that while in Broadwater County, she drove after consuming alcohol with at least one child in the car. She will be Sentenced on April 25.

Jacob Huotari was not present to address a charge of Petition to Revoke. An arrest warrant is issued.

The criminal docket in Judge Christopher Abbott’s courtroom on Friday, April 25 is as follows:

Eliu Arely Guevara Batres appeared for a Change of Plea on charges of negligent endangerment and DUI (1st). In his elocution (translated by Danielle Ragan), he stated I consumed alcohol and accidentally drove the wrong way on the interstate, causing reasonable threat of bodily injury or harm. He is Sentenced to 1) one year suspended. 2) six months (all but 24 hours) suspended. $600 fine, credit time served (tbd), he must attend ACT class and pay $40 fees and surcharges.

Alisha Byrd had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to tampering with a witness; hunting, fishing or trapping without a license; and two counts of transfer of a hunting license. She is also charged with transporting a game animal. She will be Sentenced on June 13. Her ankle bracelet was removed, per judgment.

Maurice Powers will have a Status Hearing on May 23.

Christopher Killmeyer will have an Arraignment on May 23. Omnibus is due by May 23; Pre-Trial is set for October 24; with the Jury Trial scheduled for January 26, 2026.

Ian Blaylock is Sentenced to two years two months, Department of Corrections; all previous conditions are imposed. Credit time served tbd.

Julia Rye Sentencing. She has taken steps to further her recovery and is attending counseling. 1) negligent endangerment: one year suspended. 3) DUI (1st) suspended, all but two days suspended. She must adhere to all previous conditions. She is recommended for a probationary license. She must not consume alcohol. She must attend ACT class. She must pay $140 to the Office of Public Defenders; pay a $1,200 fine and $80 fees and surcharges.

Robert Brady had a Petition to Revoke a deferred sentence; it is continued until May 23.

Quinn Devall had an Initial Appearance on charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He will be arraigned on May 23. He must comply with two random drug tests before his next appearance.

Andrew Boudour is continued until May 23.

Justin Jennings had a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence. He faces allegations of failure to remain law abiding and DUI. He is not to use alcohol. He will have a Statius Hearing on July 25

Jack White will have a Status Hearing on May 23.
